We're an Established Allstate Agency looking for a Licensed Representative to come grow with us! As a Licensed Representative, you will primarily be responsible for working with our existing client base. Daily activities would mostly include: handling day-to-day service-related issues, providing policy reviews and cross-selling additional lines of insurance within the household. Responsibilities

• Call existing customers upon renewal to offer a review and identify new selling opportunities.

• Handle day-to-day service-related issues for existing clients and help with on-boarding new ones.

• Create selling situations through servicing the existing accounts.

• Educate clients on what coverage/policies they have, and which products would benefit them most.

Requirements

• Possess an active Property & Casualty License

• Bilingual - Spanish speaking is a plus but not required

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills

• Ability to problem solve and explain something complex in a simplistic manner

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Willingness to learn and evolve in a fast-paced environment
