SVP– Regional Renovation/Restoration Operations & Services – High Growth

Our client is an upper middle-market B2B Renovation/Restoration Operations & Services enterprise supporting a range of commercial and industrial industry segments including but not limited to construction, facilities management, hospitality and healthcare through a network of branch locations across the US. The business is backed by a leading private equity sponsor and has achieved significant growth through acquisitive and organic means.

As Senior Vice President you will be responsible for overseeing a full divisional P&L with all aspects of operations including sales, business development, multi-location operations and services driving $100-$200M+ of revenue. This position requires a hands-on leader with multi-location operations experience and full oversight of all aspects of business operations from inside/outside sales to through service operations and inventory management. You will strategically partner with the executive leadership team to professionalize operations, introduce best practices and technology, and to drive productivity and profitability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial/construction services where they have supported aggressive acquisitive growth and led full integration processes.
