In this position..

• You will leverage your expertise in labor relations and employee engagement to collaborate with UAW leadership, Trust representatives, and external partners. You will develop and implement innovative wellness solutions that enhance employee access to support resources, drive operational excellence and service effectiveness.
• More specifically, you will be responsible for developing annual ESSP Representative educational conferences with 70+ attendees, oversee the management of plant fitness centers, conduct early intervention training, support Employee Support Services Program (ESSP) Representatives and play a key role in supporting national-level collective bargaining activities.
• In addition, you will play a critical role in ensuring health care vendors deliver exceptional value and service to employees by leveraging insights and employee feedback to understand their needs and experiences. In this role, you will help shape the future of our health and wellness programs by evaluating, designing, and continuously optimizing comprehensive, cost-effective solutions that balance business objectives, contractual commitments, and the evolving needs of employees and their families.
