Mailroom Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mailroom Associate for a contract/temporary opportunity in Lake Mary, FL within the financial services industry. As a Mailroom Associate, you will support mail distribution, shipping, basic print requests, office supply replenishment, and employee service needs. Key Responsibilities Receive, sort, scan, track, and distribute inbound mail and packages accurately and efficiently. Process outgoing mail and shipments using postage, shipping, scanning, and tracking systems. Respond to employee inquiries related to mail, package status, deliveries, and service requests. Fulfill basic print document requests and provide light support for copy equipment, including toner replacement and routine upkeep. Monitor and replenish paper and office supplies in the mailroom, copy room, and service areas. Maintain clean, organized work areas while following all safety, security, and company procedures. Compensation and Benefits Pay rate: $18.00 per hour. Job type: Contract/Temporary. Location: Lake Mary, FL.
