Are you a skilled CNC machinist looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity? Look no further than Dakota Automation in Watertown, SD. We are currently seeking full-time, flexible day shift, experienced CNC machinists to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and and program late model CNC Machine Tools using CAD/CAM Software
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Use precision measuring equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Job Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a CNC machinist
- Proficiency in programming and operating CNC machines
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- CAD/CAM Software experience is a plus
We are not your typical machine shop. You will NOT be building the same widgets hour after hour, day after day. We build custom automation for many industries, and our machinists build a variety of parts that keeps every day interesting and challenging. They run late model Haas CNC machining centers, in a CLEAN work environment! Pay range: $24 - $30+ per hour DOE
$5,000 sign on bonus
9 Paid holidays each year

- 0 years, 40 hours after 90 days, additional 64 hours after 6 months
- 1-4 years 104 hours annually
- 5-9 years 144 hours annually
- 10 years 184 hours annually
- 15 years 208 hours annually
- 20 years 232 hours annually
- 25+ years 256 hours annually
