Beacon-Communities-LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist for Niagara Square, Waterfront, and Shoreline Apartments in Buffalo, NY. You will handle all phases of the leasing process, conduct tours, and work to meet occupancy goals. Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent experience, strong sales skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and handling emergencies professionally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
