Together for Youth seeks a Prevention Family Specialist to support Albany-area families within the Home Run Prevention Program. The role focuses on counseling in homes, empowering parents with tools, and safeguarding children’s safety, well-being, and permanency. The Family Specialist connects students, families, school staff, and community resources. Based at Cohoes Middle School, the role requires school hours participation plus before/after hours as needed, with travel and on-call #J-18808-Ljbffr Capital Region Chamber
