Job Description

• Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance, implementing cost-saving measures as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and healthcare facility standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address concerns.
• Oversee procurement of materials and manage subcontractor relationships.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
