About the Role
The Company is seeking a Market Technology Management Business Manager to serve as the operational anchor between senior technology leadership, finance, HR, risk and control, and enterprise governance functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the market technology management strategy is effectively translated into executable plans, and that portfolio performance and workforce outcomes are transparent. This role involves owning and maintaining market technology portfolio governance frameworks, driving improvements in data quality and standardization, and program-managing senior leadership forums. The Business Manager will also partner with HR, CIO, and Head BM on developing and executing workforce and location strategies, and will serve as a central point of coordination across international branches and the CIB platform team. Applicants for this role at the company should have a strong background in technology business management, finance, or COO-type roles within large, matrixed organizations. The role requires the ability to operate with senior leadership and complex stakeholder groups, as well as strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience in portfolio governance, workforce strategy, and enterprise reporting is essential. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating across strategy, execution, and operational detail, and will be a trusted execution partner to senior market technology leadership.
