We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead inventory strategy and warehouse performance for our Aurora, Ohio operation. This role focuses on balancing product availability, operational efficiency, and service expectations through strong planning, analysis, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will use data to guide decisions, improve replenishment processes, and drive measurable gains across supply chain activities.

Responsibilities:
• Shape inventory control standards by setting stocking guidelines, service goals, and replenishment approaches that support business needs.
• Track key inventory metrics such as availability, turnover, aging, and fulfillment performance, then recommend actions to improve results.
• Work closely with sales and purchasing partners to review demand behavior and position inventory more effectively.
• Strengthen inventory accuracy through structured counting programs, issue investigation, and sustainable corrective measures.
• Reduce slow-moving and obsolete stock while protecting customer commitments and target service levels.
• Collaborate with warehouse and distribution leaders to improve space usage, item placement, picking flow, and overall material movement.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts aimed at increasing throughput, productivity, and labor efficiency across warehouse operations.
• Use system data and analytics tools to refine slotting, replenishment, and planning processes, while supporting enhancements to inventory and warehouse systems.
• Participate in planning reviews and lead supply chain projects from initial assessment through execution, promoting accountability and data-driven decision-making.
• Coach team members and encourage a collaborative, high-performance environment across supply chain functions.• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, inventory planning, logistics, or a related operational leadership role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of inventory replenishment methods, warehouse operations, and supply chain performance measurement.
• Experience analyzing data to identify trends, solve process issues, and support operational decision-making.
• Ability to partner effectively with purchasing, operations, sales, customer service, and finance teams.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory planning tools, and reporting platforms used to support supply chain execution.
• Strong project leadership skills with the ability to move improvement initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Background in continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and process optimization within a supply chain environment.
• Effective communication and team development skills, with the ability to build accountability and collaboration.
