Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions across our organization. This individual will play a critical role in shaping company culture, ensuring compliance, and driving initiatives that support both our employees and business objectives. The ideal candidate is hands-on, experienced in manufacturing environments, and fluent in Spanish to effectively communicate with a large portion of our workforce. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals Oversee and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations Manage employee relations issues with professionalism and cultural sensitivity Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to a manufacturing environment Drive employee engagement and retention strategies Oversee payroll and benefits administration Lead safety and workplace compliance initiatives in collaboration with operations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role Prior experience in food manufacturing or a similar industrial environment strongly preferred Fluent in Spanish (required) Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills What We Offer Opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing organization Collaborative and team-oriented work environment We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workforce. #J-18808-Ljbffr
