Project Manager

Responsibilities Work directly with clients in responding to any questions or concerns in a timely manner Meet with clients and assist in their material selection Set deadlines, assign responsibilities of subcontractors/vendors, and continually monitor and summarize progress of projects to ensure that all projects are completed on time Maintain a detailed project plan to monitor and track projects Perform risk management to minimize project risks Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Coordinate with the estimator to collect project details and clarify specific details of each project Coordinate material ordering, if applicable, for each client project Requirements Proven working experience in project management Ideally possess 2-4 years of experience in the countertop field and familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures Experience in calculating measurements and pricing based on the project’s drawings Experience in client interaction and communicating well with staff members Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills Additional Qualifications Proficient in social media, Office Software, and Office 360 Fluent in Spanish (Optional) #J-18808-Ljbffr
