Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead a busy full-service restaurant with a strong pizza and bar operation. This is an opportunity for an experienced restaurant operator who enjoys being involved in the business, developing people, and driving results.
You’ll oversee daily FOH and BOH operations, scheduling, labor and food costs, inventory, P&L, team development, guest service, and overall restaurant performance. You should be comfortable jumping into the kitchen or service during busy periods and leading by example.
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
• Restaurant P&L experience
• Full service, pizza, kitchen, bar, or similar restaurant experience preferred
• Strong understanding of labor and food cost management
• Experience scheduling and developing teams
• Food Service Manager, BASSET, or Food Handler Certification preferred
• Basic computer and reporting system skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Flexible for evenings, weekends, and late shifts
