Job Description: As the top-ranked ServiceNow solution provider, we offer federal agencies the deepest capabilities, resources, and experience for their projects. Join our team as a developer implementing ServiceNow for a large federal agency. Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications. Responsibilities include: Responsible for application sustainment support, as well as development of future capabilities and integrations as applicable Work in an Agile manner Work independently and as part of a team Develops the application including configuration, report dashboard development, and data migration, where applicable Performs custom development as required and 3rd party integrations Carries out unit testing and defect resolution Carries out migration of the changes to production Assists with technical design and documentation Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements Here's what you need: 2 years of experience with ServiceNow development or administration experience ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or Security+ certification Bonus Points if you have: Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) in ServiceNow ITSM experience Custom application development experience Bachelor's degree Security Clearance: An active Top Secret clearance is required and must be willing to obtain SCI and a polygraph The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
