Job Description Lead civil site development projects from concept through construction Design and review grading, drainage, utility, roadway, and site development plans Coordinate with clients, contractors, agencies, and multidisciplinary teams Support permitting, cost estimates, site visits, and construction-phase activities Review submittals and ensure regulatory compliance Mentor junior staff and support project planning, scheduling, and execution Seeking a Civil Engineer (PE) to lead civil design efforts for large-scale commercial and industrial developments. This individual will be responsible for site development, grading, drainage, utility infrastructure, permitting, and construction support while working closely with clients, contractors, and project teams. The biggest priorities are PE licensure, strong Civil 3D skills, and commercial/industrial site development experience.
