Senior Financial Analyst

The finance department is urgently seeking qualified candidates for the Senior Financial Services Analyst position. Senior Financial Services Analyst is responsible for financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and analysis across the organization, with particular emphasis on financial trend analysis, evaluation of development deals, and management of special initiatives, such as the credit rating process . MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS A Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting or Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required minimum of five (5) years in a supervisory /lead experience ten (10) years of financial management, accounting and financial reporting EXPERIENCE Possess and maintain a valid California class C driver’s license and an insurable driving record. Develop and maintain financial trending models to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities across business units; and Prepare rolling forecasts and long-range financial plans in collaboration with department heads; and DESIRED public agency or governmental setting. Experience with development deal analysis and/or credit rating processes strongly preferred. A Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field is a plus. Bilingual Skills in ASL, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, and/or Spanish are a plus.
