SALES REPS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Networking & setting up appointments with potential businesses & following up on marketed leads that are provided by the General Manager. This is completed by in-person visits, emails, social media, cold-calling, etc.
• Visiting various types of companies within a variety of industries
• Generating New Prospects and building an existing book of business
• Closing New Accounts
• Customer Service to continue developing the relationships and maintain rapport.
• Working closely with the Recruiters/Dispatchers to ensure the very best customer service possible in the industry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be personable & comfortable with being one of the many faces of the PPS Sales Team & being exposed to an array of verticals & Personalities
• Must be able to call on and bring in new business
• Must Be Experienced in sales, customer service & account management OR willing & eager to learn the trade
• Maintain a professional & appropriate business aesthetic
• Excellent verbal/communication skills are needed
• This role typically does well with an extroverted personality or the ability to turn it off & on when needed
• A positive, optimistic attitude
• Strong Work Ethic

Providing services to a variety of industries: construction, manufacturing, industrial, distribution, oil/gas, transportation, hospitality, retail etc.

Services include: Temporary Day Labor, Skilled Staffing ( Temp to Perm ) And Payroll Services
