Auto Dealers Digital helps 4,000+ car dealerships across the U.S. and Canada sell more cars using smart software — Facebook Marketplace automation, Craigslist auto-posting, CRM, and Carla, our AI Sales Agent that talks to customers 24/7, answers inventory and pricing questions, books appointments, and hands off to the dealer's team.

We're hiring an Inside Sales Rep to help us grow. We don't need you to know the automotive industry on day one — we'll teach you. What we can't teach is energy, drive, and the willingness to pick up the phone 100 times before lunch.

What You'll Do

You own your own pipeline start to finish — this is a closer role, not an appointment-setter role. Prospect and call dealerships, deliver product demos over the phone and Zoom, close new dealer accounts, and hand off cleanly to onboarding. Inside and outside sales are separate teams — your deals are your deals. Full training on ADD's platform and SaaS selling techniques provided.

Bilingual English/Spanish (strong plus in the DFW dealer market)

Any automotive industry experience (dealership BDC, floor, F&I, service, or parts)

Prior phone sales experience

CRM familiarity (any brand)

Compensation: $18 – $22 / hour base, paid weekly (based on experience)

Tiered per-deal commission $75.00 - $250.00 — rate increases with total monthly sales.
