Senior Analyst, Payroll (Hybrid)

Senior Analyst, Payroll – Mobility Payroll and Tax Team. Responsible for accurate and timely processing of U.S. expatriate payrolls. Hybrid role; eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance of Cedar Rapids, IA; Dallas, TX; Tucson, AZ; Farmington/Hartford, CT. Responsibilities Support U.S. expatriate payroll accurately and timely, including tax‑withholding setup and changes, bonus‑related tax entries, retroactive pay adjustments, verification‑of‑employment requests, and payroll‑preview review. Enter and maintain additional payroll items as needed. Document and maintain standard operating procedures. Ensure payroll practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations. Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Respond to employee payroll inquiries with a high level of service. Support payroll‑related projects and initiatives as required. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience in U.S. payroll processing and a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an Advanced degree and equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of expatriate payroll administration. Experience with ADP Globalview or ADP Ev5. Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask. Self‑starter able to work effectively in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative cross‑functional team environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated expertise in problem solving, analysis, and issue resolution. Proficiency in Excel. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
