Security Clearance: None/Not Required What You Will Do Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP. Prepare contract structure to ensure both bookings and billings can be processed. Interpret and populate pertinent data to allow for shipments to the Warfighter and other customers. Maintain regular contact with multiple internal partners and external agencies to solve contract discrepancies. Verify contracts are loaded accurately and efficiently, as well as complying with FAR regulations. Create and submit invoices to external customers. Maintain complex contract reconciliations, working with internal and external customers when issues arise. Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration. 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions. 2+ years of experience producing and modifying Microsoft PowerPoint presentations. 1+ year of experience working in a corporate environment. Qualifications We Prefer Experience meeting deadlines in a schedule‑driven environment. Experience with SAP is a plus. Experience with invoicing based on cost. Ability to support multiple time zones. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to work well in teams. Salary Range USD 57,200 – 108,800 per year. Benefits Health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
