Senior Associate, Asset Management

A well-capitalised, national real estate investment and development platform is seeking an Asset Manager to join its Fort Lauderdale-based team. The firm operates a diversified, institutional-quality portfolio across multifamily, mixed-use, retail, office and hospitality assets, with a substantial active development and operating pipeline. This is a high-impact role offering broad exposure across asset classes and direct interaction with senior leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving performance, executing value-creation strategies, and supporting the long-term growth of the platform. Key Responsibilities Oversee financial and operational performance across a diversified real estate portfolio Develop and execute asset-level business plans, capital strategies and value-add initiatives Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes Prepare investment-grade financial analysis and reporting for senior leadership and stakeholders Partner closely with property management, leasing and operations teams to ensure execution against asset strategies Monitor market conditions, identify risks and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations Oversee capital improvement projects from planning through delivery Support acquisition underwriting, due diligence and disposition analysis as required Collaborate cross-functionally with development, finance, legal and executive teams Candidate Profile Minimum 5+ years’ experience in commercial real estate asset management Strong financial and analytical capability, including budgeting, forecasting and valuation Experience managing institutional-quality assets, ideally across multiple asset classes Proficiency with industry-standard tools (Excel, Argus, Yardi/MRI, CoStar or similar) Strategic, detail-oriented and commercially minded Strong communication skills with the ability to present clearly to senior and institutional stakeholders Preferred Experience Multifamily and/or mixed-use asset management background Value-add and repositioning experience Familiarity with South Florida or broader Sun Belt markets Experience working in an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented platform What’s on Offer Exposure to a high-quality, diversified national portfolio Direct access to senior leadership and decision-making Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives Long-term growth and career progression within a scaling platform To apply for the role, follow the Linkedin application process or e-mail Chris Smith at View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr Redpath Partners
