1823 Partners is seeking a highly analytical Sr Associate to join the Real Estate Investing team in Miami. The role focuses on underwriting, financial modeling, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring of commercial real estate debt investments across the U.S. and all asset classes. You will develop Excel-based models (Argus where applicable), prepare investment memoranda for the Investment Committee, and support deal structuring and closing with cross-functional teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr 1823 Partners
