Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Wound Care to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized wound care and management for patients with wounds and ostomies.
• Administer patient assessments and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on wound care management and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic charting system.
• Participate in quality improvement activities related to wound care.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in South Carolina or eligibility for the same.
• BLS and WOCN certifications required; continence certification not required.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Wound Care Nurse.
• Experience with pediatric patients preferred.
• Proficient in using EPIC for charting and documentation.
• Strong assessment and communication skills, with a compassionate approach.
