• Establish pricing strategies, package offerings, and bundling options for our SaaS solutions, aiming to optimize revenue while maintaining competitive market positioning.
• Craft business cases to guide investment decisions and employ predictive ROI models for estimating future market share, growth, and earnings.
• Formulate and implement market entry strategies for launching new SaaS offerings, ensuring cohesive efforts and alignment across functions during the product introduction phase.
• Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of product market introduction initiatives, making adjustments to strategies as necessary.
• Keep detailed and organized documentation of product processes, including standard definitions, workflows, templates, and best practices.
• Solicit and integrate feedback to enhance product operational procedures, leading initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Act as the main liaison for product management tools and systems, coordinating with vendors, internal parties, and administrators to enhance the utility and efficiency of these resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in product commercialization, operations, management, consulting, software development, or a similar capacity within the SaaS sector.
