They take pride in producing high quality products and creating an environment where employees can learn, contribute, and grow.In this full time, temp to hire role, you will assemble products by following work orders and procedures, perform quality and safety checks, use hand and power tools to complete assemblies, package finished products, and help troubleshoot production issues as needed.This position is a great fit for someone with at least 1 year of previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience who enjoys hands on work in a fast-paced environment.Assembly Technician Job Duties:Assemble products accurately by following work orders and standard operating proceduresPerform quality, safety, and functional checks throughout the assembly processUse hand tools, electric drivers, and fixtures to complete product assemblyPackage, label, and prepare completed products for the next stage of productionTroubleshoot assembly issues and communicate concerns or supply needs to leadershipAssembly Technician Job Requirements:At least 1 year of previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience requiredStrong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracyComfortable using hand tools and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shiftMechanically inclined with the ability to follow written instructions and adapt to process changesBasic computer skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
