Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: Arvada, CO 80403
Shift: 1st Shift, M- F, 8am – 4pm
Pay Rate: $22.75/hr on W2
We are seeking an AR Clerk to support customer account management and collections in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer accounts and collect past-due balances.
- Contact customers by phone and email regarding outstanding payments.
- Review orders on hold and determine whether they should be released.
- Send customer invoices and process credits/rebills.
- Assist with intracompany billing, reporting, and other finance activities.
- Maintain accurate account records and provide responsive customer service.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Collections experience required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
- Microsoft Outlook experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with customers and internal teams.
