You will grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You help potential customers with quoting and answering their questions and proactively market relevant products and services to improve their lives. This position is a base hourly pay plus commission sales position. Responsibilities Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries, and provide multi‑lining recommendations. Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Make daily outbound sales calls. Qualifications State Farm experience necessary for this position. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
