Responsibilities

• Function mainly as an electrical engineer for equipment development related projects in the Pulp/Paper and Water Treatment business.
• Develop and design new equipment offerings as the electrical engineer expert, to fit new commercial efforts with collaboration from commercial teams, equipment vendors and the Solenis Launch team.
• This includes the ideation, design, drawing/manual development and construction oversight of brand new to market equipment offerings.
• Be the primary contact on new equipment design projects to ensure they meet commercial needs as well as ready to hand over to the equipment launch team upon completion.
• Be measured in on time delivery of projects within defined budget and operating parameters while maintaining Solenis' strict safety protocols established for its branded equipment lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering field (electrical engineering or other relevant degree).
• 8+ years of industry experience in engineering product development.
• Strong project management experience.
• Ability to learn new concepts/technology and applying them.
• Experience in CAD or other relevant drawing programs.
• Ability to travel 30-40%.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $107,500.00 and $157,663.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
