Salary: $161,000 - 201,000 per year Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of software development experience
- Experience as a Lead Developer, Technical Lead, Senior Engineer, Development Lead, or in a similar capacity
- Strong full-stack development experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, Flask, REST APIs, SQL, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies
- Experience working in Agile development environments, mentoring engineers, and collaborating effectively with technical and business stakeholders
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications
- Lead sprint-level technical delivery and coordinate work across engineering teams
- Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices
- Support Agile ceremonies, including planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Partner with architects, engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Resolve technical challenges, remove development blockers, and assess implementation approaches
- Mentor engineers through coaching, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance
- Support CI/CD processes, testing, deployment activities, and release readiness
- Contribute to documentation, coding standards, and operational processes
