As a Benefits Technology Specialist , you'll play a key role in supporting benefits enrollment technology and ensuring employees have access to accurate and efficient enrollment tools.

• Configure, update, and maintain online benefits enrollment platforms and HRIS systems
• Support open enrollment projects, including system setup, testing, maintenance, and validation
• Investigate and resolve enrollment issues, system discrepancies, and user inquiries
• Ensure accuracy of employee benefit records and system data
• Conduct quality assurance testing to verify benefit plan configurations
• Support Benefits Administration and Benefits Technology teams with special projects
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients regarding enrollment questions and system updates
• Follow project timelines and workflows to meet critical enrollment deadlines
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and client data
• Ensure compliance with company policies and benefits administration procedures

• 1+ years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience
• Experience working with administrative technologies and systems
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

• Customer service experience within an office, benefits, or HR environment
• Exposure to HRIS, benefits administration, or enrollment systems
• Experience supporting system testing or quality assurance projects
• Interest in building a long-term career in HR, Benefits, Operations, or Technology
• Desire to grow within a rapidly expanding organization

Professional office setting

Monday-Friday schedule

• Typically 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Daily use of:

• HRIS Platforms
• Benefits Administration Systems
• Microsoft Excel & Office Suite

This is a Contract position based out of Latham, NY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
