Job Summary

W e are seeking a reliable Stacker to support production operations by stacking decking boards onto pallets and securing them for shipment. This role focuses on the safe and efficient movement of products and materials while maintaining quality standards and a clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pal letize products manually according to instructions and production schedules.
2. Measure squareness of cuts and board length using a measuring tape.
3. Inspect quality of embossing, length, shape, and corners of boards.
4. Wipe down decking boards before embossing.
5. Move products between floors, pallets, conveyors, and tables.
6. Ensure pallets are correctly stacked and strapped down.
7. Cut scrap materials using a table saw.
8. Maintain cleanliness and debris-free conditions in the stacker area.
9. Follow all work rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
10. Perform general labor tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. One year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
3. Ability to communicate clearly in English.
4. Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
5. Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
6. Capacity to perform repetitive and continuous work.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

1. Prior experience in palletizing or material handling roles.
