Travel CT Technologist TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Lenexa, Kansas. Job Details: Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 10-hour nights Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities: Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests and explain procedures, providing reassurance and support as required. Correctly interpret doctors' written instructions. Appropriately position patients for specific scan areas. Operate computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients' internal organs and tissues. Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance image visibility. Evaluate CT scans for technical quality. Follow radiation safety procedures. Maintain accurate patient records. Use the McKesson PACS system. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist. BLS certification. Valid ARRT (CT) National Certification with registration in computed tomography. State‑specific licensing when required. Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, and stoop easily. Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
