About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Global Human Resources to play a pivotal role in the organization's evolution. The successful candidate will be a strategic business partner, leading the development and execution of a comprehensive HR and people strategy that is in line with the company's objectives. This includes serving as the primary HR partner to the leadership team, advising on organizational design, workforce strategy, and critical talent decisions. The role also involves leading a high-performing HR team, ensuring effective HR service delivery, and driving a consistent, scalable HR operating model. The VP will be responsible for all aspects of talent and organizational capability, HR operations, technology, and total rewards, and must be prepared to manage the HR budget to align with business priorities. Applicants for the Vice President, Global Human Resources position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years' of progressive HR experience, with a strong preference for those holding an advanced degree or HR certification. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in driving transformation, simplification, and scale, as well as experience in M&A activities. Key capabilities include being a strategic thinker, having executive presence, and the ability to lead through change and ambiguity. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven decision-maker with strong HR analytics capability and a deep understanding of global HR practices. The role demands a leader who is actively engaged, with strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to integrate across complex global environments.
