About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Treasury to lead and manage all strategic cash management initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing global cash management and liquidity activities, enhancing business decisions through automation, process improvement, and financial modeling, and ensuring the timely execution of fund movements. This role requires a leader who can provide direction for cash processing, reconciliation, and reporting functions, and who is adept at anticipating and recommending short-term borrowing and investment needs. The VP of Treasury will also be involved in the company's global banking platform migration and will assist the CFO with risk management activities and maintaining compliance with debt agreements. Candidates for the Vice President of Treasury position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and at least 15 years of progressive experience in finance, finance transformation, or project management. A CTP designation is also preferred. The role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leadership, project management, and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, and be an expert in bank products and services.
