About the Role

The Company is seeking a Private Equity Vice President to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the full investment cycle, from deal origination to exit, within a lower middle market private equity platform. This leadership role involves sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, leading acquisition processes, and partnering with executive and portfolio company management teams to execute strategic growth initiatives. The Vice President will also be involved in team development, mentoring junior professionals, and supporting fundraising efforts and investor communications. Applicants for the Private Equity Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a strong background in private equity, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and valuation methodologies. Advanced technical skills in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are essential. The role requires a candidate with strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills, who can manage multiple transactions and operate effectively in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading complex investments and be adept at driving value creation efforts.
