Apartment Maintenance Technician - Entry Level (Will Train)

No prior apartment maintenance experience required - we will train the right candidate. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in apartment maintenance, HVAC maintenance, or building maintenance to start a hands-on career in the multifamily industry.

You'll work directly with our Maintenance Supervisor and receive hands-on training in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general property maintenance.

What You'll Do

Perform daily property walks to help keep the community clean, safe, and inviting
Assist with trash pick-up and grounds upkeep
Help prepare vacant apartments for new residents
Support maintenance tasks including minor repairs and preventative maintenance
Learn and assist with basic plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs
Help maintain shared amenities including courtyards, common areas, and pool area
Assist with seasonal maintenance and routine inspections

Reliable and hard-working team player
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 25lbs
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a beautiful community
Interest in maintenance, trades, or property management

Preferred Qualifications

EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) - strongly preferred but not required
CPO (Certified Pool Operator) - strongly preferred but not required
Previous maintenance, construction, landscaping, or handyman experience is a plus
