Hourly Pay Range -$75-$80 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, HYBRID


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Security Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and drive strategic security initiatives focused on client assurance, operational compliance, and platform security. This role will be responsible for managing complex, cross-functional security programs while partnering closely with Security, Engineering, Product Management, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Client teams.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in technical program management and cybersecurity, with experience leading initiatives across Product Security (AppSec), DevSecOps, Identity, Platform Security, or AI/ML Security domains. This individual must be highly organized, capable of influencing without direct authority, and skilled at managing dependencies across matrixed organizations.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Cybersecurity, or Risk Management.
• Experience within Product Security (AppSec), DevSecOps, AI/ML Security, Identity Security, or Platform Security environments.
• Strong experience building and managing strategic roadmaps tied to measurable business outcomes.
• Working knowledge of security compliance frameworks such as PCI and ISO.
• Familiarity with operational security domains including User Access Reviews, AWS Security Roles, Secure SDLC, and SAST.
• Proven experience partnering with Engineering and Legal teams to drive security standardization and due diligence initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Experience operating within highly matrixed organizations managing multiple cross-functional dependencies.

Preferred Skills:
• Strong JIRA reporting and dashboard management experience.
• Executive-level reporting and program governance experience.
• Vendor risk management and compliance reporting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
