We’re looking for a fitness-first, sales-driven leader to run our Silver Spring studio. This person will play a critical role in growing the business, developing the team, and creating the kind of member experience that keeps people coming back.

You should be driven, energetic, organized, and comfortable being accountable for results. You’ll be the person who knows members by name, celebrates their wins, motivates the sales team, supports the coaches, and steps in when something needs to get done.

When a member hits their 20th class, you celebrate with them. When someone walks through the door for the first time, you make them feel welcome. When a team member needs coaching, you coach them. When there's a problem, you own it and fix it. And when there's a sales goal, you go after it.

What You’ll Do

Drive Sales & Growth

• Own studio membership and revenue goals.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently hit and exceed targets.
• Develop strong lead follow-up and conversion strategies.
• Personally engage with prospects and help them find the right OTF experience for their goals.
• Create a sales culture that is energetic, competitive, authentic, and member-focused.
• Track performance and take action when opportunities arise.

Lead & Develop the Team

• Hire, train, coach, motivate, and develop studio employees.
• Set clear expectations and create a culture of accountability.
• Recognize and celebrate great performance.
• Help team members grow their confidence, skills, and careers.
• Lead by example in sales, fitness, customer service, and professionalism.
• Create an environment where people work hard, support each other, and have fun.

Create an Exceptional Member Experience

Own the Day-to-Day

You’ll be responsible for both the big picture and the details that make a studio run beautifully.

• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming studio.
• Manage schedules, inventory, studio operations, and administrative responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively with members, coaches, sales associates, vendors, and leadership.
• Solve problems quickly and take ownership when things don't go according to plan.
• Constantly look for ways to improve the studio.
