As an Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) , you are the right hand to the Studio Manager and a key leader in the studio. You’ll help drive sales, develop the front-of-house team, create an incredible member experience, and make sure the studio is set up to win every single day.

You won't just manage tasks.

You'll help lead the business.

What You'll Own

Drive Sales

You will be on the front line of the OTF sales funnel and directly responsible for helping turn interest into membership.

• Own and deliver individual sales goals.
• Lead and motivate Sales Associates to hit and exceed their targets.
• Coach the team on the behaviors that drive results.
• Personally engage with prospects and help them take the next step.
• Monitor and improve key business metrics including Intros Booked, New Joins, Upgrades, Cancels, Winbacks, and Freezes.
• Ensure every lead receives timely, personal follow-up using the OTF communication model.
• Follow up with missed intros and guests to bring them back into the studio.
• Manage declined payments and expiring credit cards.

Lead the Team

The Studio Manager can't be everywhere. That's where you come in.

• Set the tone and energy for the front-of-house team.
• Train, coach, and develop Sales Associates for success.
• Hold yourself and the team accountable to expectations and goals.
• Be the go-to leader when the Studio Manager isn't in the studio.
• Recognize great performance and address opportunities for improvement.
• Help create a positive, high-energy, respectful team environment.
• Attend weekly leadership meetings with the Studio Manager, Head Coach, and other ASMs.

Create an Amazing Member Experience

Our members should feel like they belong the moment they walk through the door.

• Know members by name and make them feel welcome.
• Listen to member questions, concerns, and feedback.
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Celebrate milestones, wins, birthdays, and achievements.
• Make every interaction feel personal — never transactional.
• Help create a Silver Spring studio culture that members are excited to be part of.

Own the Studio Floor

Every shift should start with a plan.

• Analyze upcoming classes, appointments, leads, and priorities.
• Set the team up to win before the first member walks in.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming studio.
• Ensure classes are properly reconciled.
• Pre-plan for the next day's classes and priorities.
• Process freezes and terminations accurately and on time.
• Assist with studio marketing and community outreach.
• Help plan and lead monthly team and sales meetings.
• Keep the Studio Manager informed of member, team, and operational issues.
