Part Time Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

We are looking for Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Cheshire, CT. Qualifications LCSW or LMFT or LPC Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state in which they will practice. Compensation Up to $56,500 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. What We Need Individuals willing to see a minimum of 15 sessions per week. A true partnership mindset. Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children. Candidates interested in growing into leadership or supervisory roles. Self‑guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours. Strong character—integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care. Team orientation and a desire to develop professionally together.
