Caregiver Recognition & Rewards Program Direct Deposit Paid Sick Time Health Benefits for you and your family Employee discount program Free financial fitness program We always treat you with respect Family owned agency since 2002 Ongoing Training Annual party to mingle with your co-workers (pending due to COVID-19) The Home Health Aid responsibilities and duties: Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to): Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom or in using a bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, shaving, skin, and hair) Ambulation/Transfers Eating Dressing/Shaving Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments. Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroom The Home Health Aid performs patient-specific activities that are taught by a Right at Home nurse. These could include (but are not limited to): Medication reminders Assisting with the prescribed range of motion exercises Measuring and preparing special diets Understanding dementia care Incontinence care Qualifications and Skills for Home Health Aid: High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred. Two years of experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide in healthcare (in homes or facilities) is preferred Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job. Possess a valid driver’s license and insured automobile A current CHHA license from the New Jersey Board of Nursing Must be at least 18 years of age This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
