Details for Entry-Level CNC Operator Position:

1. $18-20 / Hour
2. 2nd Shift Available: Monday-Thursday-5:00pm-3:30am-OT during Fridays
3. Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
4. Zero Fees - you'll never be charged for any screening service

Job Duties for Entry-Level CNC Operator Position:

1. Learn and follow safe CNC machine operation procedures and standard work instructions
2. Load and unload parts accurately and safely
3. Perform basic visual and dimensional inspections using tools such as calipers and micrometers
4. Record production counts, inspection results, and other required documentation
5. Report defects, machine issues, or unusual conditions to a supervisor promptly
6. Support CNC operators and machinists with basic production tasks as needed
7. Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with 5S standards
8. Complete required safety, inspection, and machine-operation training modules
9. Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
10. Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications and Desired Skills for Entry-Level CNC Operator Position:

1. High school diploma or GED required
2. Manufacturing or production experience preferred
3. Mechanical aptitude; maintenance experience is a plus
4. Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
5. Willingness to learn CNC machine operation and basic inspection processes
6. Dependable attendance and strong work habits
7. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
8. Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
