Project Manger - Land development

What the Role Offers Exposure to a diverse portfolio of site development and municipal infrastructure projects Involvement in projects from initial concept through construction completion A collaborative environment with regular interaction across multiple disciplines Opportunities for ongoing technical development and mentorship A clear path toward increased responsibility in design and project delivery A professional setting that values accuracy, growth, and strong engineering practices Key Responsibilities Prepare conceptual, preliminary, and final site design plans for commercial, institutional, and public sector developments Develop grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater management designs in accordance with applicable regulations Produce and review construction drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates, and permitting documentation Prepare erosion control plans and ensure compliance with IDEM and local requirements Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and clients throughout the design process Provide support during permitting and construction phases Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies Offer guidance and support to junior engineers and CAD staff to maintain quality standards Perform additional related duties as required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required) Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not essential Minimum of 5 years' experience in civil site design and/or municipal infrastructure Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar design software Familiarity with IDEM, DOT, and local stormwater and utility standards Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr LVI Associates
