Overview Our client, a leading land development firm, is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Land Development in Civil Engineering for immediate employment in their Orlando, Florida office. This position offers a unique opportunity to join an established, well-respected, and growing Land Planning, Civil Engineering, and Construction Management firm with a diverse range of projects. Our teams develop solutions to policy and design challenges, focusing on providing their clients with the highest quality services and technical expertise. Responsibilities Engage with and supervise design team activities related to residential and commercial developments Manage multiple projects and develop new project opportunities Experience with Land Development/Site Design, Stormwater, Utilities and permitting with local and state regulatory agencies Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
