Land Development Project Engineer/Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Land Development Project Engineer/Manager to oversee a variety of land development projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all development activities align with regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, surveyors, and contractors to facilitate the smooth execution of projects while maintaining high-quality standards and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting feasibility studies, preparing land development plans, and coordinating with local authorities for permits and approvals. You will also be tasked with conducting site assessments, identifying potential challenges, and proposing innovative solutions to optimize project outcomes. Additionally, you will lead project meetings, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and ensure that all documentation is accurate and up to date.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with extensive experience in land development and project management. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, alongside proficiency in relevant software tools and project management methodologies.
