ABOUT OUR AGENCY

I opened my agency in 2007 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as the CFO for a professional boxing company. That experience helped develop my business acumen, leadership skills, and passion for helping people achieve their goals. Family is a big part of my life. My wife was a former Miami Dolphins cheerleader, and both my son and daughter have pursued careers as professional models and actors. I enjoy working with people and helping them discover and develop their own potential. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Glenn Jones - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS
