Staff Accountant

Job Title
Responsibilities include maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, preparing and analyzing financial information and account activity, assisting with monthly financial reporting and account reconciliations, recording financial transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards, supporting financial and management reporting, reviewing accounting information for accuracy and compliance, assisting with accounting projects and process improvements, and supporting additional accounting activities as needed.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 1–3 years of financial accounting experience, strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, general ledger and account reconciliation experience, experience working with spreadsheets and accounting systems, strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and ability to work a hybrid schedule in Northern New Jersey.
$75-$95K plus bonus plus benefits
