Location: On-site for training then remote, Euclid, 44117 Pay: $22.00/hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Length: Contract-to-Hire

Must Haves:

• 2 years data entry experience with high level of accuracy
• ERP experience a must, SAP preferred
• Attention to detail

Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for entering customer orders into our database with precision and efficiency, verifying order accuracy, and ensuring seamless order processing. Your keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills will be crucial as you review orders, coordinate with various departments, and provide outstanding customer service. Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience with a strong focus on accuracy
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus
• Ability to review and verify customer information and payment details
• Strong communication skills to confirm order details and resolve issues

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with SAP or other ERP platforms
• Customer service background
• Prior experience in order management or logistics

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus
• At least 2 years of related data entry experience in a fast-paced environment

Additional Details:

• Onsite at our Euclid location for initial training, with a transition to hybrid work after 2-3 weeks
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Equipment provided by the company
