Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure our dealership's facilities operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This role offers an opportunity to coordinate repairs and implement preventative measures that support our team and customers alike.

Summary:

Maintains a safe, clean working environment for all employees and customers.

Duties :

• Address office building maintenance concerns and review building maintenance issues.
• Arrange for carpet cleaning, furniture maintenance, and repairs.
• Plan and schedule routine preventative maintenance and emergency repairs for HVAC, plumbing, and lighting.
• Work with outside service providers to ensure full functionality and service of water coolers, ice machines, and coffee service/machines.
• Ensure that supplies are ordered and well-stocked.
• Act as the liaison between management and staff to resolve facility-related issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or automotive environments.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
