Lead logistics that keep the business running.American National is seeking an Assistant Manager, Logistics Coordination & Distribution to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, workplace services, facilities logistics, and material distribution across multiple company locations. This role combines operational leadership, project coordination, vendor management, and team supervision to ensure facilities, equipment, and resources are delivered safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.What You'll DoLead warehouse, logistics, inventory, and distribution operationsCoordinate office moves, workspace planning, furniture installations, and facility improvementsManage company assets, records storage, forms inventory, and material distributionOversee shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory control processesManage vendor relationships, contracts, and service providersMonitor budgets, expenses, purchasing activities, and operational reportingSupport safety, compliance, security, and emergency response effortsProvide leadership and guidance to logistics and facilities support staffWhat We're Looking For6+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, facilities management, operations, or a related fieldExperience managing vendors, projects, budgets, and operational processesStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsKnowledge of inventory management, workplace services, and facilities operationsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and business systemsPreferred QualificationsExperience leading logistics, warehouse, facilities, or maintenance teamsBackground in facilities, property, construction, or operations managementExperience with inventory, procurement, or project management systemsForklift certification or warehouse operations experience is a plusWhy Join Us?This is an opportunity to play a critical role in supporting day-to-day business operations while leading projects that improve the employee workplace experience.
